Shipping Policy

Similar to most online businesses, we’re experiencing some delays here at Studio Apartment due to COVID-19. Most importantly, we’re operating with an abundance of caution as it relates to the health and safety of our team. Make sure to enter your shipping information during checkout to see your available rates. 
 

During the current season, we expect most orders to be processed within 7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. 

Rest assured, we’re working hard to deliver your order as soon as possible. 


Domestic Shipping: Our standard shipping typically takes anywhere from 2-10 business days.
 

International Shipping: Depending on the location selected, international shipping typically takes up to 3 weeks to arrive.

Shipping rates: At this time, shipping is not included. We are working hard to offer free shipping in the near future. 

 

Return &
Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@studioapartment.online with details of the product and the defect.

You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
